IT Broadcasting was instrumental in managing hardware integration and content development for the Department of VA e-learning project.”

As I recall, about 2005 I initiated a program to bring patients closer to their healthcare providers using the tools of Information Technology. Ms. Howard was the keystone in that work. She brought creativity, energy, and a patient-centered philosophy to a very successful team driven effort. What began as a way to maintain and expand patient/provider contact quickly developed into a dynamic patient education platform that continues today.
Ms. Howard is bringing her considerable IT leadership experience as well as her team centered approach to the notion of improving the human experience in the healthcare environment. In a post COVID world, the thoughtful use of technology as one means of reducing the effects of pandemic induced fear, anxiety, and isolation is an exciting initiative.”
